While balancing seasonal harvest requirements, cycle time, piece size, and species constraints – we work with our clients to plan their next five years of road construction and harvesting operations. This is all done while considering values such as wildlife, environmentally-sensitive areas, timing constraints, and the facilitation of Indigenous consultations.

Using a combination of tools, we analyze the road networks and forest inventory to ensure the best possible tactical plan is developed, with contingencies identified to ensure a high level of flexibility to adjust to changes in markets, mill production, weather, or forest fires.
